Online Services is an online portal for DHA partners and customers. We will use Online Services as our primary means of communication with you.
Within the maintenance section, the system allows you to keep track of jobs and update your contact and insurance details.
Emergency Defect Liability Period (DLP) items
In the event of an emergency DLP request, we will first contact you by phone to confirm your availability, we will then send you the details of the job through Online Services.
