DHA regularly works with builders and developers around Australia to lease properties to house our Defence members.
We provide the unique opportunity to work with your prospective tenant during the planning stages. We may be able to commit to leasing a property before you purchase land or begin construction and may be able to lease more than one property within a development.
DHA's partnerships generally fall under two models, both offering certainty of a lease on completion of construction:
- we commit to a long-term lease on your property so you can sell it to an investor with a DHA lease in place.
- you retain ownership of the property and lease it to DHA once it is habitable.
