Dr Lang has over 35 years’ experience in local and state governments including as the Chief Executive Officer of Parramatta City Council, the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and Pacific Power. He is currently the Chair of Olympus Solutions and Ability Options, and sits on the boards of Evolve Housing, and the Sydney Festival. Dr Lang is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Sydney School of
Business.

Dr Lang has extensive experience in urban planning, liveable cities, place management, property development, affordable housing, social inclusion and the arts. He is an expert on government and stakeholder

Mr Jaggers PSM commenced as Managing Director at DHA on 4 February 2025. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Deputy Secretary of Business Enabling Services at the Department of Finance, following a six-year tenure as the Deputy Secretary of the Commercial Group. 

Mr. Jaggers has a proven track record in delivering significant property projects and was awarded a Public Service Medal (PSM) in 2023 for his work supporting the Australian Government response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brigadier Leigh Wilton AM was appointed to the Board as the nominee of the Chief of the Defence Force. Since graduating from the Royal Military College in 1991, she has held command, project, logistics and senior staff appointments, including Officer Commanding Supply Company, Commanding Officer and Chief Instructor of the Army School of Ordnance, Chief of Staff for Headquarters 633 - Afghanistan, and Chief of Staff for Army Headquarters.

Brigadier Wiltons skills and experience span Defence, governance, workforce strategy, personnel management, logistics and leadership.
Brigadier Wilton served as Director General Personnel - Army and Deputy Head Army People from 2016, and later as Director General Career Management - Army before transferring to the Australian Army Reserve in March 2022. She was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2018.

Ms Monique Hamilton PSM was appointed to the Board as the nominee of the Secretary of Defence in August 2023. Ms Hamilton has extensive government service delivery experience gained through the Health Insurance Commission, Services Australia and the Department of
Defence. As First Assistant Secretary, Group Operations, she oversees the Defence Digital Group's central functions and supports consistent and efficient delivery focused on core ICT capabilities.

Ms Hamiltons skills and experience span digital transformation, service delivery, public administration, operations, ICT and organisational reform. In her previous role as First Assistant Secretary, Service Delivery, Ms Hamilton managed the large-scale delivery of corporate and essential on-the-ground services supporting the Defence estate and personnel across Australia. She was awarded the Public Service Medal in the 2024 King's Birthday Honours for outstanding public service in delivering significant and enduring reform in project and contract management.

Ms Galloway has over 30 years of executive management experience for national and multinational commercial organisations, including leading Spherion, Lucent Technologies and AT&T in the Asia Pacific and South Pacific. She was Managing Director of Evolve Housing, one of Australia’s largest community housing providers, from 2011–2019. Most recently she was the CEO of Coleman Greig Lawyers. 

In 2014, Ms Galloway was awarded the Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year and the NSW Telstra Business Woman of the Year for Innovation.

Ms Brodtmann is an experienced chair, non-executive director and audit committee member on a range of government and not for profit boards. Ms Brodtmann is also a Distinguished Advisor at the National Security College and a regular presenter and panellist on cyber security, public policy and women's leadership. From 2010 to 2019, she represented Canberra in the Australian Parliament.

Her skills and experience span governance, public policy, national security, Defence, cyber security, communications and stakeholder
engagement. During her parliamentary career, Ms Brodtmann served in shadow defence and cyber security portfolios and on Parliamentary committees covering foreign affairs, defence, trade, public accounts and audit. Earlier, she was a small business owner, nonexecutive director, federal public servant and diplomat.

Frank Marra retired as Chief Executive Officer of DevelopmentWA in 2023, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of LandCorp. He has more than 15 years of board governance experience and is Chair of TRCB Architects, Deputy Chair of
Bethanie Housing Ltd, a non-executive director of The Bethanie Group Inc and My Home Australasia Ltd, and an Investment Committee member of the Noongar Boodja Trust.

His skills and experience span property, infrastructure, governance, finance, audit and risk, sustainability and affordable housing. Mr Marra's
background includes urban renewal, commercial and tourism development, strategic industrial land and master-planned communities,
together with mergers, corporate systems implementation, stakeholder relations, environmental and planning regulation, and environmental,
social and governance (ESG).

Mr Ross has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and finance across strategic consulting, commercial and investment banking, funds management, and property development and investment. He was Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Head of Business Development at ING Real Estate Investments Australia, and held senior real estate investment banking roles with Goldman Sachs Australia and Deutsche Bank.

His skills and experience span real estate, finance, investment, capital markets, governance, strategy, and social and affordable housing. Mr
Ross has advised boards and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raisings, capital structures and credit
risk. His experience also includes development, investment, funds management and transactions across office, retail and industrial property,
as well as independent evaluation panel roles for Housing Australia and Homes NSW.

Ms Rosemary Huxtable AO PSM was appointed to the Board as the nominee of the Secretary of the Department of Finance in September 2026. Ms Huxtable retired as Secretary of the Department of Finance in August 2022, a position she held from 2016. Prior to this, she served as Deputy Secretary, Budget Group within the Department of Finance and as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Health and Aged Care, with responsibility for aged care, mental health and e-health. Throughout her public service career, Ms Huxtable played a leading role in the preparation and delivery of the Australian Government Budget, public sector reform, and the development of policy across health, aged care, defence, national security and social policy.

Ms Huxtable's skills and experience span public administration, governance, finance, strategic policy, budget management, organisational leadership and stakeholder engagement. She has extensive experience working with Australian Government agencies and government business enterprises and has led reforms to improve transparency and accountability across the Commonwealth public sector. Ms Huxtable currently provides strategic advice and policy development services to government and government-related organisations and has contributed to major reviews and advisory bodies in the health, defence and national security sectors. She was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2023 for distinguished service to public administration through leadership roles in health and finance and was awarded the Public Service Medal in 2005 for her contribution to Medicare reform.
