Generally speaking, a property must meet all requirements, such as the number and type of rooms, and be located in an area where we require homes.
In highly desirable locations, we will also consider properties that meet most requirements but have additional appealing qualities such as close their proximity to the city centre.
Additional features may be required depending on the property's location, such as outdoor areas, security features, climate control, extra storage, and garages. The need for any additional features will be assessed at the point of application. DHA may work with you to install any additional features.
