As part of our Build to lease program DHA assesses builders’ new and off-the-plan properties and, where compliant, offers a pre-commitment to lease back from investors who purchase those properties from the builder or via a licensed real estate agent.

Below is a list of properties that DHA has committed to lease on completion, however DHA is not the seller of these properties nor is it responsible for any aspect of delivery of the properties, and these sales are facilitated by builders and licensed real estate agents.
