Lease end: What’s next?"
In two minutes, we will show you three stress-free exit scenarios:
- End of lease: When the lease comes to an end, we return the keys with your home freshly cleaned, your gardens tidy and all appliances in good working order.
- Extensions: If the lease is being extended, DHA will provide the landlord at least three months notice to extend the lease by the amount agreed in the contract.
- Selling early: If you decide to sell before the lease is up, we can help facilitate a smooth transition to the new owners.
