As part of DHA’s Build to Lease program, local suppliers have been selected to present DHA lease-approved properties to the market. To help you identify these suppliers, we have developed the ‘DHA Official Supplier’ and ‘DHA Lease Approved’ certification.


An Official Supplier has been selected by DHA to present compliant properties for sale to investors. These properties come with a commitment from DHA to lease on completion. This logo will appear on the promotional materials of our Official Suppliers.

This logo will appear on properties being offered by a DHA Official Supplier. These properties have been assessed by DHA to ensure they meets our requirements and come with a commitment from DHA to lease on completion.
