We release all open and select development and construction and upgrade tenders, issue addendums and receive submissions electronically through AusTender. To view and receive notifications about our tenders, register your details with AusTender.
Where our building contracts meet or exceed $3 million, we will only contract with construction companies that are accredited under the Australian Government's Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme.
The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government's National Construction Codes, applies to these projects.
Before tendering for, or expressing interest in, our projects, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with our building specifications. These documents outline the design guidelines and performance requirements for all low and medium density housing projects, ensuring our dwellings are well-designed and sustainable.
