Defence Housing Australia (DHA) has been recognised on the Australian Government’s newly launched Fast Small Business Payer List, an incentive under the Payment Times Reporting Scheme.

The list acknowledges large organisations that consistently pay their small business suppliers within 20 days or less. DHA was included for paying 95 per cent of our small business suppliers within 5 days.

Small businesses are critical to DHA’s ability to provide suitable housing and housing related services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families. Prompt payment helps improve cash flow, reduce financial pressure and support the sustainability of many of our suppliers, including family-owned businesses across Australia.

This recognition reflects the strong collaboration and robust processes across DHA to deliver for ADF members and families across the country and reinforces our commitment to being a trusted and responsible commercial partner to our suppliers.
