Appendix C: Learning and development

We are committed to developing the skills and knowledge staff need to undertake both their current role and build the capability to meet future challenges.

During the reporting period there were 5,901 attendances by 804 employees at learning events during 2014–15. In addition 2,829 external contractors completed safety training via the learning management system.
