Online Services

A link to Online Services can be found at the top of your screen.

You can reset your password in the Online Services log-in page. Click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ button and you will be prompted to change your password.

Change your username through Online Services  by selecting ‘My Account’ on the right hand side of the Dashboard, then ‘Change my username’.

If you have forgotten your username or require assistance please contact Lessor Management or call 139 342, option 2.




Update details

To update your contact details in Online Services, select:

  • My Contact Details
  • Edit *
  • Update your details  
  • Save.

*Please note: if you own multiple properties, the postal address will need to be changed on each property individually (if applicable).

To update your bank account details please complete the Amend Lessor form and send to dha.vendor@dha.gov.au.

Please make sure that all parties represented on the DHA Lease Agreement sign the form before returning it to DHA.

It is important that you inform us as soon as possible of any change in ownership of your DHA property.



We understand this can be a difficult and confusing time. Our staff are trained to guide you through this sensitive process.

Lease Agreement

A copy of your DHA Lease Agreement should be available via your Online Services account in the Documents tab for your property.
