Although the majority of our properties are recently constructed, on occasion we offer properties that are up to 10 years old. This is because we have retained them for a period before choosing to sell them.
Amenities and inclusions
At the time of construction, we ensure our properties comply with national building industry codes and standards, and related state or territory regulation.
Freestanding houses are typically three or four bedroom with lounge and dining rooms, bathroom, ensuite, laundry, double garage and outdoor entertaining area.
Townhouses or apartments are typically one to three bedroom with open plan livings areas, bathroom, ensuite and secure parking.
Landscaping, heating and/or cooling are included, to suit the local climate conditions.
