About development and construction at DHA
DHA undertakes design and construction work as well as upgrades to existing properties. To streamline the tendering process DHA has established informal builders and upgrades panels. These panels are advertised on AusTender on a periodic basis to seek qualified home builders to become pre-qualified to tender for the upgrade and construction of DHA homes.
Please note that the Construction and Upgrade panels are currently closed to new applicants. We encourage you to check this page for updates as the panels are regularly reviewed and may be reopened to new applicants.
Tenders
DHA advertises all open approaches to market for development, construction and upgrade projects via AusTender. Please note that DHA does not accept late tenders.
