Rent

For the life of the lease, with the exception of the first and the last month, your rent will be paid a month in advance. It will be paid to you on the first day of each month via electronic funds transfer to your nominated bank account.

Rent is paid where the property is habitable. Should a property become uninhabitable during the term of the lease or due to a lessor’s breach of the lease terms, the rent may cease or abate.

A statement will be available monthly and can be viewed via Online Services.
