One of the key benefits of DHA's Property Care service is that you don't have to worry about the everyday hassles or property management. We can organise and cover the costs of certain types of repair and maintenance required as per the DHA Lease Agreement.
Where the repairs and maintenance fall under your responsibility, these will need to be undertaken at your expense. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss the work and the options available to you.
Where we have completed any work at your property, it will appear in Online Services under the 'Maintenance' tab. This tab will outline maintenance items covered under the service fee as well as noting any upcoming maintenance items which fall under your responsibility.

Emergencies require fast action - which is why we have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
The emergency could be anything from flooding, fire or a breakdown of any essential service or appliance for hot water, gas or heating.
Regardless of where the responsibility falls, we will act quickly to preserve your property and protect the health, safety, and security of all involved.
Having the appropriate insurance can protect you in the event of an emergency1. We will contact you should this circumstance arise, to provide information so you can notify your insurer.
Where any work required to be undertaken falls within your responsibility, we will recover the costs from you. We may facilitate access for work to be performed, but you will maintain the responsibility for authorising and signing all documentation required to finalise the work i.e. compliance certificates.
