You will be reimbursed to your nominated bank account.

Update your details

If you have utilised our bill-paying service, you should update your contact details and forwarding address for your accounts with the applicable vendors (insurer, council rates and taxes, strata fees, water utility etc.) to ensure there is no interruption to receiving correspondence.

Lease registration and caveats

Where the DHA lease was registered on the Title Deed of the property, it will remain until either; the lease expiry date passes, or a Surrender of Lease or Withdrawal of Caveat document is registered with the local state or territory Land Titles Office.

If you would like a surrender of lease or caveat, you must contact the local state or territory Land Titles Office in which the property is located to obtain the necessary documentation. If any fees and charges are associated, this will be your responsibility as per the DHA Lease Agreement.
