Lease-end make-good

At the end of your lease, we ensure the property is returned to you in good condition. We will arrange for your vacant property to be professionally cleaned, with appliances clean and in good working order, and the dwelling, grounds and landscaping presented in a neat and tidy condition.

In some instances we will paint the property internally and externally and replace the carpet and vinyl. The provision of these services is dependent on your lease agreement term and also whether a body corporate, strata or community title may have associated responsibilities1

Prior to the end of your lease, we will contact you to discuss the handback of your property and the lease-end entitlements.
