Teaching children the value of money just got a little easier.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has a
free online game to help children understand the value of money and the difference between what they want and what they need.
The game allows children to select a theme for a birthday party and decide how many people will come. They are given a budget to work with and can calculate what they can afford to buy to ensure all their friends are catered for.
