01 September 2016 Marketing goes ‘Liv’ on new Fremantle apartments

Marketing for Defence Housing Australia’s (DHA) new apartment and commercial space in Fremantle, Liv Apartments, is officially underway.

Striking new signage is now in place on the hoardings surrounding the site.

These feature artist impressions of the building as well as an invitation to register interest in the development.

In keeping with the regeneration across the City of Fremantle, the hoardings also include photography of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Additionally, a digital marketing campaign launched on 21 August will be supported by further print and outdoor advertising in the coming weeks.

‘We’re excited to have reached this next phase in the evolution of Liv Apartments,’ DHA’s Acting Managing Director, Jan Mason, said.

‘With the onsite signage up, this is a great next step in bringing to life the vision we have for this development.’

Perfectly positioned in the east end of Fremantle, Liv Apartments is a multi-storey development comprising 166 apartments and ground floor retail and commercial spaces.

When completed the development will be home to approximately 300 people, including private residents and Defence members.

This development offers buyers the opportunity to live in the heart of this thriving port community with cafes, restaurants and bars; historical attractions, arts and culture, a university campus, beach and harbour all close by.

Construction of Liv Apartments is expected to be underway before the end of 2016. Subject to relevant approvals and timelines, the first residents and commercial tenants are expected to move in by mid-2018.

Interested parties can find out more in person at the display suite at 75 Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle (open Saturdays from 2-4pm and by appointment) or by calling 0438 007 155.
