DHA recognised for customer service
Defence Housing Australia (DHA) has been confirmed as a finalist in the 2009 Australian Service Excellence Awards.
These annual awards are presented by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), and recognise excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement in the field of customer service. DHA has been chosen as a finalist in the Large Business category for the ACT.
In a year where there were a record number of nominations, the CSIA recognised the high standards of management, training and commitment to customer service excellence within DHA.
The award winners will be announced at a gala dinner later this year.
