Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is excited to announce plans to build 32 new townhouses in Everton Park, QLD. The 12,520 square metre site will feature new two storey, three-bedroom houses with single or double garages.

The contract was awarded to St Hilliers Construction on Wednesday 5 August, 2009. Representatives from St Hilliers visited DHA's head office in Canberra to sign the contracts and meet with Managing Director, Michael Del Gigante and Chief Operating Officer Peter Howman. Construction on the site is due to start in November 2009 with completion of the project expected in September 2010.

This project is part of DHA's commitment to meeting the objectives of the Australian Government's Nation Building - Economic Stimulus Plan for 2010-2011.
