The relocation process
If you are a Defence Member and plan to relocate before September 1 and you received your paperwork before June 30 please contact your DHA Case Manager. If you are relocating after September 1 please contact TOLL Transitions on 1800 819 167.
Step 6: Find your Housing solution
Once DHA receives notification from Toll Transitions that a member is entitled to a housing solution, access to DHA's online home search facility, HomeFind, will be made available.
HomeFind enables members and their families to view houses that are within their housing entitlement in the new posting location. Details about the property may include:
- photos;
- floor plans;
- maps of the area, detailing schools, hospitals and other facilities;
- full property description including details of the internal fittings; and
- local region information (e.g. climate).
