Periodic inspections
We may conduct additional periodic inspections of the home and grounds to help maintain the quality of our housing. These inspections will be carried out by a Property Manager and arranged at an agreed time (during business hours). These inspections are to identify any maintenance requirements and any wear-and-tear on the property.
