If you are a Defence Member and plan to relocate before September 1 and you received your paperwork before June 30 please contact your DHA Case Manager. If you are relocating after September 1 please contact TOLL Transitions on 1800 819 167.

Receive your posting order

Step 3: Complete your AFR

Following receipt of your Pre-AFR, Toll Transitions will send you a Relocation Pack containing a hard copy of the AFR and instructions on how to complete it onlihe if preferred.

The early submission of a completed AFR to Toll is an important step in the process of DHA developing your housing solution. It will also allow access to HomeFind where you can view a range of homes within your entitlement.

If you are a family with special needs the Defence Community Organisation (DCO) will supply you with additional paperwork that you're required to submit to Toll Transitions.
