Step 3: Complete your AFR
You can complete your Application For Relocation (AFR) online through DHA Online Services. The AFR information you provide will allow DHA to process any removal, travel, allowances and accommodation required for your relocation.
Applications submitted online will be forwarded to the appropriate HMC for actioning. Alternatively you can download the Application For Relocation or complete one from an AFR Pack that has been sent to you.
The AFR Pack can also be viewed online. It contains:

If your AFR has been completed by way of an AFR Pack, return all necessary forms to the appropriate HMC (as directed in your AFR Pack) as soon as possible.

If you are a family with special needs the DCO will supply you with the additional paperwork required to submit to DHA.
