If you are a Defence Member and plan to relocate before September 1 and you received your paperwork before June 30 please contact your DHA Case Manager. If you are relocating after September 1 please contact TOLL Transitions on 1800 819 167.

Step 2: TOLL sends you a Pre-AFR letter

When Toll has received notification from Defence of your posting, they’ll send you a Pre-AFR letter confirming the posting details. The Pre-AFR enables you to notify Toll Transitions of your plans to move and tentative move dates. Once you have this letter, it’s important to return this letter to Toll as soon as possible in order for DHA to initiate the housing solution process
