Step 2: Finding your Housing Solution

Once DHA receives notification from Toll Transitions that you are entitled to a housing solution, you will be provided with access to our online home search facility, HomeFind, where you can view a range of homes within your entitlement. HomeFind provides information about properties matching your housing entitlement in the new posting location. Details about the property may include:
