The relocation process
If you are a Defence Member and plan to relocate before September 1 and you received your paperwork before June 30 please contact your DHA Case Manager. If you are relocating after September 1 please contact TOLL Transitions on 1800 819 167.





Step 1: Receive your posting order
Defence Housing Australia (DHA) offers a range of housing services to help you move to your new posting or temporary posting, or relocate should you have a change in personal circumstances. We can assist you with:
- finding and securing your future DHA home including a range of housing choices to suit your lifestyle;
- arranging all your DHA housing maintenance requirements; and
- arranging for the connection or disconnection of major utilities and telecommunication services.

DHA staff offer confidential case management support for members who have special housing requirements.
