Step 3: Apply to lease your property to DHA

  1. By submitting this form to DHA, you are making an offer to DHA to consider leasing your property on the terms and conditions of DHA's standard lease subject to any variations required by DHA. DHA reserves the right to accept, reject or further consider your offer to lease. You may withdraw your offer at any time until formal leases are signed or your execution of DHA's formal offer to lease.
  2. Even if your property meets all DHA's specifications, DHA may not be able to accept your property for leasing. This may be for a number of reasons including changes in demand or supply of properties, the need for houses in a particular rent band or area, specific property characteristics, its state of repair and many other issues.
  3. Unless and until DHA accepts your property by providing you with a signed 'offer to leaseā€ and the lease agreement is signed by both parties, you should not rely on DHA proceeding with the leasing of your property.
  4. The below form is to apply to lease an apartment or townhouse to DHA. If you are interested in leasing your house to DHA, please fill out this form.

Note: Subject to terms of the lease agreement, DHA recommend you obtain your own independent financial and legal advice
