Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) apply to the statement of requirement as outlined in the Condition of Tender, as per the following categories. Contractors are required to benchmark the minimum standard of their performance against the KPIs. Contractors are also required to ensure they maintain the necessary records where indicated below to enable accurate reporting of KPIs.

  This is Defence Housing Australia Deed of Agreement for Repairs and Maintenance Contractors. This deed came into effect 1 July 2009. This deed relates to only the trades of Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Floor Covering Cleaning (previously known as Carpet Cleaning)
