The following features are required for Melbourne housing:

- three (3), four (4) or five (5) bedrooms
- lounge and dining rooms
- built-in robes with shelving in all bedrooms
- ducted heating or reverse cycle air conditioning in entire dwelling
- ceiling fans in all living areas and bedrooms
- double garage (with remote control access preferred)
- security screen doors and deadlocks on all external doors

There are currently no leasing requirements in Puckpunyal.
Wodonga
