Brisbane
Properties required in the following areas:
- homes located in close proximity to Enoggera Army base, and
- northern suburbs
The following features are required for Brisbane housing:
- homes less than five (5) years of age (preferred)
- three (3), four (4) or five (5) bedrooms
- lounge and dining rooms
- built-in robes with shelving in all bedrooms
- reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in master bedroom and living areas
- ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas
- double garage (with remote control access preferred)
- security screen doors and deadlocks on all external doors

- covered outdoor entertainment area (patio/pergola, sail), minimum size of 15m2, and

Please note: If you are offering a property in the suburbs of Springfield Lakes or Forest Lakes, you will need to refer to the current requirements in Ipswich.
Cairns
There are no current requirements for the Cairns area. However, DHA prefer the following features for Cairns housing:

There are no current requirements for the Townsville area. However, DHA prefer the following features for Townsville housing:
