When evaluating your property, we ensure that it complies with the minimum housing standards and restrictions on maximum rents available for Defence members, as set by the Department of Defence. Properties must also match our desired property profile and requirements for leasing in a particular location.

DHA will generally lease properties for periods of one to six years. Our leasing arrangements include an option for us to extend the lease term for a fixed period. As a result, we can offer a leasing package that suits the needs of most investors.
