DHA conduct regular housing upgrade programs to ensure our homes continue to meet high standards.
Tindal Upgrade Program
DHA is currently planning to upgrade all on-base housing at RAAF Base Tindal, on behalf of the Department of Defence. Find out more about the Tindal Upgrade Program
Seaward Village Upgrade Program
A program is underway at Seaward Village, Perth to upgrade and refurbish 153 homes, with 21 already completed. Find out more about the Seaward Village Upgrade Program
Air-conditioning Program
The Department of Defence has commenced a project to improve home cooling systems for members in Service Residences across Australia. This project will add or improve cooling to more than 3,000 homes in Defence priority locations.
