Legislation and DHA Policy

Defence Housing Australia (DHA) will frequently update this section to include any changes to legislation that may affect our Maintenance Contractors as we become aware of them. We encourage all our Contractors to review the Building Code of Australia Standards to keep up to date. Should at any stage a Contractor be aware or notified of a change to legislation, please contact DHA to ensure our information on the website is current and correct .
