DHA was established in 1987 to provide housing for members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and their families. Key areas of our business include:
- Housing solutions - DHA manages approximately 17,000 residences in metropolitan, regional and remote areas covering all states and territories of Australia;
- Defence relocation services- assisting ADF members and their families find a suitable housing solution and coordination of around 25,000 relocations each year; and
- Investment - programs offering investors low-risk residential property investment opportunities.
Our staff support Defence members at offices located throughout Australia when a member is posted to a new location. DHA's head office is located in Canberra and provides operational, financial, information technology, human resources, communications and corporate support to the organisation.
