Rex D.Dog wins the hearts of Defence children
Rex D.Dog has won the hearts of hundreds of little kids and has been quite the success for us [DHA] with many parents writing in to tell us about how useful they've found it.
"It was a great story. Both of my girls got the pack and my little one who was three at the time made us read the book repeatedly (to the point we actually hid it for a while!)".
"I did find it helpful for them. My seven year old seemed to gain a better understanding of what is involved with moving".
"We found it useful. My youngest (7 years) took it to school and shared it with her class".
"Let's get moving" is a children’s storybook and activity pack, designed to offer support to Defence families moving to a new location. The story introduces us to Rex and his family as they learn of their posting and move out of their home. When they arrive in their new location, they are welcomed into their new home and soon meet new friends and other Defence families in their area.
