The fourth annual Property Investor of the Year Award aims to find Australia’s leading property investor and to recognise and celebrate the achievements of property investors around the country.

The competition is not just about the dollar value performance of a portfolio. Your Investment Property want to celebrate the unique factors that have contributed to investors’ success, such as:

This information is only being released to the general public on the last day of this month. However, DHA have been given the scoop on this year’s awards and, therefore, as a DHA lessor you have a head start to prepare your entry!

The prizes
There is over $35,000 worth of cash and prizes to be won!

Winner: Prize pack worth $15,358 – includes $2,500 cash, a USA property tour worth $5,000 and more.

First runner up: Prize pack worth $9,822 – includes $1,000 cash, a 12 month Real Estate Investar membership valued at $2,798 and more.

Second runner up: Prize pack worth $6,712 – includes $500 cash, a 12 month Real Estate Investar membership valued at $2,789 and more.
