DHA is excited to launch The Inside Word, a series of events and seminars exclusively for our lessors. The first seminars, being held in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney, give you The Inside Word on using your super to buy property.

The Inside Word
Join DHA staff and like-minded investors for drinks and canapés, then learn about one of the biggest trends in the marketplace today… investing in property through your Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF).

The seminar
Guest presenter, Chris Duffield, Executive Director at Dixon Advisory, will provide an update on the residential property market and explain how to invest in property through super.

The seminar will cover:

  • who this type of investment is suited to
  • what you need to get started, and
  • the rules and strategies involved.

After the seminar you will have a better understanding of what’s required to successfully invest in property through super and whether this strategy is right for you.

Chris Duffield is Executive Director and Head of Dixon Advisory Property, a team of specialists who provide clients with a combination of property acquisition and financial planning services, and SMSF, estate planning and mortgage advice.

As a recognised expert in the fields of investment, residential property and investing in property through super, Chris is a regular contributor to the Australian Financial Review and is consistently called upon to present at industry events.
