Identifying maintenance contractors in your home

If you've made a call to Defence Housing Australia (DHA) to have maintenance or repair work completed on your home, it's important for you to be able to identify the person who arrives as an authorised DHA contractor.

DHA have begun issuing our authorised contractors with ID cards, to make it easier for members and their families to be able to identify them when they are completing work in a home.

Authorised DHA contractors will be issued with the cards over the next few months, and it's important that you check their ID before the contractor enters your home.

DHA is committed to ensuring the safety and security of families living in our houses. If you have any queries about the identification cards or our contractors, don't hesitate to contact DHA through your local Housing Management Centre or on 139 342.
